Fee Schedule
Flat fee of $200.0 per visit.
Additional siblings seen at the same visit $150.0.
This fee is the same for both well checks and sick visits. Only additional costs would be vaccines at a well check and testing as needed during a sick visit. If testing is indicated, Strep, Flu, RSV, UA, cost of each test is $5.00
Payments may be via Venmo, Zelle, credit card or personal check.
I am not billing insurances but at the end of each visit, by your request, I can provide a detailed receipt with diagnoses, ICD-10 codes and CPT codes so that you can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement or to count towards your deductible.

SERVICE AREA
A visual is included to show the desired service area which encompasses all of Princeton, Lucas, Parker, northern Murphy, northwest Wylie, Fairview and the most eastern part of Allen [east of 75]. This is not a “hard stop” area but areas much further from this perimeter will be charged an additional $50.00 for the extra distance and time of travel.
I am aware that this is quite a narrow area of the 10 mile radius from my home in southernmost Princeton, but the reason I retired from the Corinth practice after 13 years was due to the commute so I am choosing to limit my driving.

VACCINE POLICY/STATEMENT
I am pro vaccines overall. I believe the reason we no longer have a relative limping all of their life from polio, or know family or friends who have had a child hospitalized from measles pneumonia or encephalitis is because vaccines have been successful.
Having stated that, I have been practicing long enough at 30+ years to have questioned some of the vaccines that have been added to the schedule over the past 20 years, were these actual life-threatening illnesses that killed tens of thousands of kids each year as the initial vaccines covered?
In addition, I have said this sentence a thousand times in the past 30+ years, “Neither the Academy of Pediatrics nor the CDC is your child’s parent; you are. And I want you to be comfortable with every decision we make for your child.”
SUMMARY: I always have been and still am flexible over vaccines; I have had families give all the vaccines exactly when the AAP/CDC recommends, others that never want to give more than 2 vaccines at a time and others who choose not to vaccinate at all.
